Plumb & Square Ltd (“we”, “us”) runs this website. This is a short, plain-English summary of how we handle your information before launch. We'll publish a fuller policy when the product goes live and accounts exist.

No accounts, no tracking profiles

Right now this is a marketing site. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and we don't build advertising or tracking profiles about you.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all — none for analytics, advertising, or anything else. If that ever changes, we'll tell you and ask first where the law requires it.

The waitlist

If you email hello@plumbandsquare.co.uk to join the waitlist, we store your email address for one purpose only: to tell you when Plumb & Square launches and share occasional news about getting ready for it. We never sell or share the list. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can email hello@plumbandsquare.co.uk to be removed at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Send data-protection queries to hello@plumbandsquare.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can also complain to the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
